How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel using the Shipping Confirmation email we sent you. Simply click on the 'Track My Order' button in the email. You can also use the tracking code from the email on our Order Tracking page. 

 

Do you ship worldwide?  

Yes! We ship to all countries worldwide. 

 

How long does shipping take? 

After placing your order item(s) are shipped within 3-5 business days and you will receive an email with a tracking code. Product(s) will typically arrive between 10 to 35 business days and you can track your order all the way using the tracking code provided. Some countries can take longer than usual for delivery. 

 

Are all the items shipped together?

As we have various warehouses some of the large orders are sent in multiple parcels. Please do not worry if you receive one parcel before the other, the other one is on the way. You will also receive a tracking code for all parcels. 

 

Can I change my order?

We try our best to get your order out the door as soon as possible so that you can receive it quicker. We are unable to amend your order after the order has been confirmed, so please make sure that the order is correct before purchasing. 

 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all  major forms of online payment. Our secure checkout processes Mastercard, VISA and American Express payments, as well as supporting ApplePay and PayPal. We have recently started to also accept Bitcoin as payment. 

 

What is your Satisfaction Guarantee?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All items are covered by a 30 day return policy. Please send us an email at info@longlinestreetwear.com if you wish to return a product. Please also read our Refund Policy page for more information. 

 

Is my personal information secure on your website?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing. 

 

What is I received a faulty item?
